Case Study – PMI

One of our top clients is Philip Morris International: PMI, Philip Morris International is a leading international tobacco company, with a diverse workforce of around 81,000 people who hail from every corner of the globe. We had the pleasure of working with them on their event.

Our support function really did enhance the experience for the PMI event team. This ensured they could get on with what really mattered for their event and not spend time chasing answers.

PMI was looking for an easier way to communicate with their attendees, the app did this through promoted posts on the news feed and push notifications, enabling the event organiser to communicate directly and quickly. It also enabled PMI to communicate the agenda and be able to make changes to it in real time.

PMI used many of the features in the app to enhance their event. Surveys and Polls, Map function and uploading additional information like shuttle times and additional event details. 

The Results

Out of 110 attendees, 93% adopted the app with 76% actively engaging.

The most popular survey had 47 responses. The most engaging content was the activity feed receiving 638 views. This just goes to show how much their attendees engaged with the app, it brought them all together in one place, sharing experiences, connecting with each other and strengthening all their event experiences.
